2. Scope of data processed

2.1. The Controller may process the following personal data of Customers:

a) identification data: first name, last name,

d) order data: ordered products, prices, discounts, payment method,

e) store-usage data: IP address, cookie identifiers, on-site activity data.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

3.1. Customers’ personal data are processed for the following purposes:

a) performance of the sales contract concluded through the TrentoHome store, including order handling, payments, delivery, returns and complaints — on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,

b) fulfilment of the Controller’s legal obligations (in particular tax and accounting ones) — on the basis of Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR,

c) correspondence with Customers and handling enquiries — on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR,

d) pursuing or defending against possible claims — on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,

e) analytical and statistical purposes related to the operation of the store — on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,

f) marketing activities concerning the TrentoHome store’s own products, if the Customer has given consent (e.g. newsletter sign-up) — on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Data recipients

4.1. Customers’ personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Controller in fulfilling orders, in particular:

a) courier and postal services,

b) payment operators,

c) the online store platform provider,

d) entities providing the Controller with accounting, IT or marketing services.

4.2. These entities process personal data on the basis of appropriate agreements and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
